He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren "Ike" Madison and Lucy Madison (Felder); his siblings, Leo Williams, Clarence Madison, Willie Mae Jones, Leatrice Williams and Gracie Mae Rivers; and his sons, Marcus Rogers and Carlton Rogers.
He is survived by: his wife Louise Hutchinson; his children, Derrick Madison, Cedric Madison, Adria Madison (David), Michelle Loston, Michael Rogers and Carla Rogers; his nieces and nephews, Icille Jones, Gayle Jones and Kenneth Jones; his cousins, Dorothy "Honey" Santee and Sammie "Baby C" Lipsomb; his siblings, Charlie Madison (Lucy) and Lucinda McDonald; his brothers-in-law, Ivison Jones, Larry Hutchinson (Evelina), Julian Hutchinson and Morris Brooks (Cheryl); and his close friend Edward "Eddie" Carter. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild.
