He is survived by: his parents, Leonard "Poncho" Dismukes and Julie Renfrow Dismukes; his brother Chad; his sister-in-law Amanda Dismukes; his nieces, Audrey and Callie Dismukes; his close friend Preston (Olivia Davis); his aunts and uncles, Jan and Len Hill; his cousin Carl Hopkins; Wyatt and Mia Davis.
