He was predeceased by: his parents, Weldon C. University (Josie Williams) and Howard University. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Hogan Williams; his sons, Benjamin (Shawn) and Christopher (Vanessa); and his grandchildren, Skylar, Karlyn, Tracy, Daylen and Alessandra. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
