It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel Dennis Stepan (Brenham, Texas), who passed away on January 7, 2026, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Anton and Lillie Stepan (Maresh); his wife Billie Joyce Bolin; his siblings, Allen Stepan (Dorothy), Clarence Stepan (Glen), John Stepan, Jr., David Stepan, Donald Stepan and Lillie Mae Schultz (Delbert); his sister-in-law Eunice Stepan; and his nieces and nephews, Brenda Mize, Diana Stepan, Doug Stepan and Clifford Hoff.
He is survived by: his sons, Ray Stepan (Sandra) and Terry Stepan (Debora); his grandsons, Darren Stepan (Kimberley) and Chris Stepan; his great grandchildren, Trevor Stepan and Ethan Stepan; his siblings, Roy Stepan, Billy Stepan (Kathy) and Betty Jean Hoff (Herman); and his sisters-in-law, Sue Stepan and Martha Stepan.
