He is survived by: his mother Janis Pitts Stout; his stepfather Loren D. Lutes of Brenham; his brothers, Alan Stout (Shanna) of Houston, Richard Stout (Christina) of Cleveland and Steven Stout (Irina) of Bismarck; his stepmother Peggy Stout of Plano; and his stepsiblings, Daniel Lutes (Molly) of Austin, David Lutes (Angela) of Manchester, Stephen Anthony of Plano, Laura Lutes Gomez (Angel) of Houston, Rebekah Lutes of Columbus and Karen Cowley of Dallas.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Light House for the Blind, Fort Worth, or to Brenham Presbyterian Church.
