He is survived by: his sons, Jay (Krissy) and Cas (Channa); his grandchildren, Ana of Brenham, Gunnison of Brenham, Autumn Belle of Brenham, Baron Schroeder of Brenham and Bay Lynn Schroeder of Brenham; his sister-in-law Lorena Schroeder; his niece Kelly Flisowski (Kevin); and his nephew Ryan Schroeder (Jennifer).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Brenham Memorial Chapel (2300 Stringer St, Brenham, TX 77833). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Zion Lutheran Church (1800 Farm to Market Rd 2679, Brenham, TX 77833).
