He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary (Frank Velleca) and Donal (Kay Walker). He is survived by: his siblings, Donna Walker Billings, Gary Walker, Mary Walker Hainey (Tonya Ott-Leak), Dan Walker (Tammy) and Niki Velleca-Shannon (Ted). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests memorial contributions be made to the Williams Syndrome Association or Hospice Brazos Valley in Jim's memory.
