He was predeceased by: his parents, Maria Compean and Antonio Compean; his children, Jesse Compean Jr., Jessica Cerda and Virginia Pichardo; his siblings, Wallace Compean, Alfonso Compean, Connie Flores, Jane Delhoro and Sandy Grimes; George Pichardo.
He is survived by: his children, Samantha Compean, Bo Compean (Maria Compean), Judy, Julie Compean (Laterick), Sammy Compian (Thelma) and Richard Compian; and his siblings, Delia Belmonte (Gus), Dora Gonzalez (Henry), Tony Compean (Jane) and Mary Compean. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
