He was predeceased by : his parents, Lee Bolcerek and Antonia Bolcerek (Budnick); and his siblings, Wanda Kominczak, Willie Bolcerek, Edward Bolcerek, Paul Bolcerek, Billy Balcerek and Steve Bolcerek (Louise).

He is survived by : his son Jason; his daughter-in-law Stacey Bolcerek; his grandchildren, Blane Bolcerek and Bailey Bolcerek; and his siblings-in-law, Z. E. Kominczak and Victoria Bolcerek. He is also survived by numerous nieces and one nephew.

Memorials may be given to St. Mary's Catholic Church or St. Jude's Children Hospital.
