He was predeceased by: his parents, Lennie Wessinger Gano (Hanks) and Johnnie Wessinger; his grandparents, Norma Jean, Elmore Hanks, Johnnie and Estella Wessinger Sr.; his siblings, Jeffrey Wessinger, Rusty Wessinger and Beth Wessinger Conklin; and his sister-in-law Linda Wessinger.
He is survived by: his wife Lori Wessinger; his daughters, Kayla Wessinger (Jamarcus Fisher) and Makenna Wessinger; his stepdaughter Taylor Sherrouse; his sister Jaime (Victor Kuykendoll); his brother-in-law Rodney Conklin; and his grandchildren, Ava and Brooklynn Fisher. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
