She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Emshoff and Johanna Emshoff; her husband George C. Norris, Jr.; her brothers, Gordon and Daniel Emshoff; her in-laws, George Sr. and Marion Ruth Tanner Smith; and her sister-in-law Barbara Murphy.
She is survived by: her daughter Kristy; her son-in-law Scott Fessenden of Fruitland Park, Florida; her grandsons, Fox and Phoenix Fessenden of Fruitland Park, Florida; her sister-in-law Diane Miller of Lumberton; her brother Les; her sister-in-law Marguerite Smith; her niece Suzanne Odom (James); and her nephews, Dr. Kevin King and Matt King (Karen). She is also survived by numerous great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins.
