He was predeceased by: his parents, Isiaah Wirtz and Georgia Sula Wirtz. He is survived by: his wife Anne Wirtz of Brenham; his son William; his daughter-in-law Paige Wirtz of Brenham; his daughter Sarah; his son-in-law Corey Keniston of Bryan; his sister Judy Hinton of Kerrville; and his grandchildren, Anna Keniston, Kyle Wirtz, Evan Keniston and Ian Wirtz.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Memorial Oaks Chapel (1306 W Main St, Brenham, TX 77833).
