She was predeceased by: her parents, AC Hogan and Lavelle Hogan (Loyd); her parents-in-law, Johnny and Rodell Baker (Klump); and her brother-in-law Donny Pope.
She is survived by: her son John David Baker; her husband Ken; her daughter-in-law Melanie Baker (Weatherby); her daughter Amanda (Baker); and her son-in-law Curtis Gurka. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, as well as many cherished friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Brenham Memorial Chapel (2300 Stringer St, Brenham, TX 77833). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Champion Fellowship (1801 S Market St, Brenham, TX 77833). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at the Prairie Lea Cemetery (1004 Prairie Lea St, Brenham, TX 77833).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Hospice Brazos Valley.
