He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Wesley Willoughby and Margaret Lynn Markley; and his siblings, Patrick Lynn Willoughby, Lee Lloyd Willoughby (Buzzy) and Sandra Jean Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his children, Todd Willoughby (Becky), Amy Godwin (Bruce Margolis) and Kristy Godwin; his granddaughter Willow; and his sisters, Dixie Kalwei (Tom) of Lee's Summit, MO and Debbie Culver of Independence, MO. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Brazos Valley Hospice.
