He is survived by: his sons, Benjiman Ryan and Adam Carl Meech; his children-in-law, Gina and Leslie Meech; his grandchildren, Holden Meech, Kendall Meech, Wyatt Meech and Brooklyn Meech; his brother John; his sister-in-law Sally Meech; his sister Suzanne Meech; and his siblings' children, Zachary Meech and Niki Doughty.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for donations to be made to the Stephen F. Austin Amateur Radio Club in Ray's name.
