He is survived by: his wife Verdene Brinkmeyer; his son Michael Brinkmeyer (Bonnie Brinkmeyer); his grandchildren, Dr. Candice Brinkmeyer-Langford (Michael Langford) and Wesley Brinkmeyer (Aubrey Brinkmeyer); and his great grandchildren, Barrett Langford, Elliot Langford, Aspen Langford, Avery Brinkmeyer, Thomas Riley Brinkmeyer and Emily Brinkmeyer.

The family suggests memorials in Tom's memory to St. Pauls Lutheran Church of Rehburg or to National MS Society.
