He was predeceased by : his parents, Dick As and Ruby Hewitt Drews As of John's Lutheran Church; his wife Florence Drews; his son Doyle Drews; his granddaughter Kaitlyn Drews; his brother Ray Drews, Sr.; his siblings-in-law, Jerry and Carolyn Warmke; and his niece Cammie Ganske.

He is survived by : his son Darrell Drews (Kim Kopecky).

Memorials are requested to Salem Lutheran Church and Salem Lutheran Cemetery.
