He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Wallace Kemp and Dorothy Mae LaFerney Kemp; and his siblings, Linda Cline and Robert Kemp. He is survived by: his daughter Chelbi Sanford; his grandchild Camryn Sanford; his brothers, Guy Waters (Jill) and Jerry Waters (Carmen); Ryan Sanford. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Claybar Funeral Home - Bridge City (800 Highland Dr, Bridge City, TX 77611). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
