He is survived by: his wife Vickie Hodges of Runaway Bay; his children, Leland Lem (Meghan) of Oskaloosa, Kansas and Desairae Witt (Aaron) of Amarillo; his grandchildren, Ella, Mia Lem and Jude Witt; and his sister Janet Weeks.
