He was predeceased by: his parents, James Cox and Rachel Cox (Bill); and his brother-in-law Don Stinnett. He is survived by: his wife Katrina Cox of Bridgeport, Texas; his children, Brian Cox (Amanda) and Tracie Finstad; his siblings, Al Cox (Brenda) and Patsy Stinnett; and his grandson J. T. Cox.
