He is survived by: his wife Patricia Marie Crimmins; his daughters, Paula Livins of Tampa and Nicole Ferrell (Michael); his sister Sandy of Elizabeth, Iowa; his grandchildren, Charlie Livens (Erin) of Fort Collins, Joel Livens (Meg) of Loveland, Maddi Waskom of Cambridge and Lizzy Waskom of Mabank, Texas; and his great grandchildren, Avery, Lucy and Russell.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made to The Salvation Army in Chuck's honor.
