She was predeceased by: her parents, Ella Ethel Roberts (Myers) and James Thomas Roberts; her children, Jimmy Dan Foreman, Penny Jackson and Melisa McLendon; her grandson Cameron Williams; her great grandchild Zealand Jackson; and her siblings, Gerald Roberts, Don Roberts (Sammy Roberts), Laverne Whitsitt and Lucille Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Jackie Phillips of Bridgeport; her children, Jerald Van Foreman (Paula) of Bridgeport, Ann Shaw (Craig) of Decatur, Beverly Williams of Decatur and Sheri Whitehead (Tim); her children-in-law, Roy McLendon of Granbury and Marsha Foreman of Decatur; and her niece Monette Burris of Bridgeport. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; as well as numerous other family members and friends.
