She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Carlisle and Bessie Carlisle (Stout); her former husband Bud Willmon; and her siblings, Edwin Carlisle and Rena Price.
She is survived by: her former husband Anderson Thoburne Epps; her husband Toby Epps of Chico; and her children, Leon Willmon of Mission, Zena Miguez (Jack) of New Braunfels and Carla Jacinto of Waco. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
