He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Meadows and Lucille Meadows (Grimitt); his son Terry Meadows; and his brothers, George Meadows (Helen), Clarence Meadows and Ray Meadows.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Meadows (Mitchell); his daughter Cindy Callesen (Meadows); his daughter-in-law Sue Meadows (Coldiron); his grandchildren, Leslie Meadows, Trevor Meadows (Kahlee), Jacob Callesen and Chelsie Callesen "Little Roger"; his great grandchildren, Addyson Meadows, Angela Gatto, Ashley Gatto and Winslow Meadows; and his siblings-in-law, Kay Meadows, Stella Meadows and Nick Boyko. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
