He was predeceased by: his parent Ivy Lee LeBlanc; his daughter Shelby LeBlanc; and his grandparents, Wilford, Theresa LeBlanc, Maxwell and Lucille Holst.
He is survived by: his mother Julia "Judy" Louise Holst; his sister Vickie Conkle (Gerald); his nephews, Cody Conkle (Hannah) and Matthew Conkle (Caroline); his great-niece Laiken; and his great-nephew Asher (Teal Mazzola). He is also survived by numerous cousins, extended family.
