He is survived by: his wife Marleta Sue Payne of Brookeland, Texas; his mother-in-law Helen Joyce Balke of Hitchcock, Texas; his children, David Lee Rape (Katherine) of Beaumont, Texas, Megan Elizabeth Gallier (Kyle) of Hamshire, Amanda Bofferding (Nick) of Cedar Park and Christina Turrubiate (Jimmy) of Anahuac, Texas; his siblings, David Joplin of Florida and Linda Kay Stansbury (Jace) of Nederland, Texas; and his brother-in-law Robert Balke of Texas City, Texas. He is also survived by 22 Grandchildren.
