He was predeceased by: his sister Sherry Martin; his father Andy Box; and his stepmother Linda Box. He is survived by: his mother Mary Box; his siblings, Dee Anna Pittman and Danny Box; his sister-in-law Kathy Box; and his stepbrother Jeff Casinger. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
