He was predeceased by: his father Jay LeVassar. He is survived by: his children, Cody LeVassar (Carly), Cassie LeVassar and Aaliyah LeVassar; his stepchildren, Tiffane Harris, Jon Harris and Santiago Fonseca; and his mother Theresa Ledsinger.
