He was predeceased by: his parents, Wood Johnson and Sarah Johnson. He is survived by: his wife JoAnne; and his sons, Steve of Casper and Dan of San Antonio, Texas. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and eight nieces and nephews.
