He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Geraldine Payne, Royce and Lana Durham; his stepfather Aaron Smith; and his aunts, Teresa Reece and LaQuita Payne.

He is survived by: his parents, Gregory Royce Durham (Sandra) and Vickie Elizabeth Smith; his sons, Ian Vance Durham and Brody Gage Durham; and his grandfather C. F. Payne.
