She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles F. Cowan and Bessie H. Cowan (Longley); her husband Leonard Murl Williams; her siblings, Frank Cowan, Becky Blair, Cecil Cowan and John Cowan; her son-in-law Clay Neill; and her grandson Jonathan Williams of Meadow.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen J. Williams (Shelley) of Lubbock, Jerry R. Williams (Marsha) of Midland, Jim L. Williams (Cookie) of De Leon, Leonard M. Williams Jr. (Elizabeth) of Lubbock and Cynthia S. Neill of Brownfield; and her sisters, Opal Russell of Stephenville and Charleen Pruitt of Graham. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.
