He was predeceased by : his parents, Curtis William Bailey and Opal Birge (Smith); his wife Lela Beth Bailey (Wyatt); his stepfather Bill Birge; and his brother Gary Bailey.

He is survived by : his children, Keith Bailey (Cindy) of Brownsboro, Kenny Bailey of Brownsboro and Karen South (Kyle) of Brownsboro; and his daughter-in-law Lisa Epperson. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Zoey's Place, Homes for Heroes, or Liberty and Loyalty Foundation.
