He was predeceased by: his wife Maria Ramona Flores Perez; and his daughter Edith Perez. He is survived by: his children, Daniel I Perez Jr., Omar Perez, Aaron Perez and Perla Perez Villarreal. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
