He was predeceased by: his parents, Ida Haley and Clifford Haley; and his brother Lyle Haley. He is survived by: his wife Becky; his children, Dawn Kelley (Mike) and Scott Haley; his stepdaughters, Robin Wisniewski (Steve) and Shannon Leach (Tom); and his grandchildren, Lauren, Bryan Kelley, Phillip, Noah Wisniewski, Addison, Emmett and Isabel Leach.
