She was predeceased by: her parents, Sandra Trent and Audis Dowell. She is survived by: her stepfather Don Jernigan of Brownwood; her siblings, Rhonda Sibley (Scott) of Oakland, California and Rodney Dowell (Kaye) of Bay City, Texas; her stepmother Ida Dowell; and her sister-in-law Char Dowell. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews; numerous friends who became her family; and her two cats.
