He is survived by: his children, Miriam Chapa (Oscar) of Brownwood, Daniel A. Ramirez Jr. and Edgar Ramirez of Brownwood; his siblings, Miguel Ramirez, Homero Ramirez, Maria Trinidad Martinez and Graciela Sanchez; his cousin Estella Rubio of La Grange, Texas; and his grandchildren, Julissa I. Chapa and Oscar M. Chapa III. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
