He is survived by: his wife Virginia Alice Goins of Zephyr; his children, Tyson Blayne Goins of Zephyr, Lance Arlan Goins of Zephyr and Julie Clarissa Buffington of Rising Star, Texas; and his siblings, Sherri Rivard of Brownwood, Jeannie Rothamel of Largo, Florida, Lonnie R. Goins of Comanche and Gary D. Goins of Early, Texas. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
