It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Parsons (Brownwood, Texas), born in Dallas, Texas, who passed away on July 5, 2018, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Norrell Parsons; her mother Mary Ethel Morris; her son-in-law Dennis Gleaton; and her son Walter Parsons. She is survived by: her grandmother Aunt; her children, Norlene Gleaton and Waverly Parsons (Brenda); her daughter-in-law Dee Holcomb Parsons; her grandchildren, Brian Parsons (Elisa), Robert Parsons (Monica), Michael Gleaton (Shawna), Alicia Pool (Gene), Todd Gleaton (Kristie), Misti Pyle, Trent Parsons, Aaron Parsons and Jerry Don Gleaton; her great grandchildren, Ashley, Garrett, Cameron, Adam, Preston, Colton, Ponder, Patience, Keighley and Noah; and her sisters-in-law, Dorothy Goodjoin and Shirley Parsons. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and a host of dear friends.
