He is survived by: his son Jeremy Don (Shanice); his wife Mary Baty; his grandson Aedan Paul of Sevierville, Tennessee.; his stepmother Cindy Baty of Lake Brownwood, Texas; his nephews, Marty Coffman of Kerrville, Denny and Kaci Coffman of Cypress, Texas; his sister Lana (Mark Deer); his niece Jessica Deer of Midland, Texas; his nephew Blake (Emma Deer); his great-nephew Joseph of Clifton, Texas; his stepsiblings, Teresa (Darrell Sims), Renea Lambert Bryan of Montgomery, Texas and Ernie (Stacy Lambert); and his aunts, Patsy and Debra. He is also survived by several cousins; and many dear friends.
