She was predeceased by: her parents, E. W. Rutledge and Ercil Pavia Rutledge (Billings); her daughter Jamie Moore; the parents of child, E. W. and Ercil Rutledge; and her siblings, Don Rutledge and Gail Flippin.
She is survived by: her children, Kerri Nelson (Billy) of Brownwood, Gary Moore (Tiffany) of San Angelo and Jerry Moore (Sarah) of Bangs; her grandchildren, Kayla Latham (Noah), AJ Cass (Kelby) of Brownwood, Brionna Moore (Dylan) of Stephenville, Tagen Robinson (Scott) of Brownwood, Averil Olin of Brownwood and Payton Nelson of Brownwood; and her friend Roger Carlisle of Brownwood, Texas. She is also survived by 3 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 29th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Heartland Funeral Home (303 Early Blvd, Early, TX 76802). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Eastlawn Memorial Park (1921 Early Blvd, Early, TX 76802). A burial will be held on Saturday, August 30th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
