He is survived by: his mother Raylene Bullard (Carla Lyon) of Cleburne; his children, Dusty Mitchell (Leeah) of Joshua, Kristina Mitchell of Cleburne and Melvin C. Mitchell, Jr. of Cleburne; his stepchildren, Tabitha Lyon (Jonathan) of Houston, Shelia Ebarb (Robert Hernandez) of Fort Worth and Jimmy Alllison (Jessica) of Brownwood; and his siblings, Cindy Mitchell, Darla Johns, Sherry Mitchem, Dell Grant, Lonnie Bullard, Darlene Bullard and David Bullard. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 8 step-grandchildren.
