He is survived by: his wife Jeanne; his children, Jayson Slaymaker and Jennifer Edmoundson; his son-in-law Terry Edmoundson; his stepson Dwayne Miles (Joanne); his grandchildren, Brittany Edmoundson, Josh Miles (Holly) and Mark Miles; and his brother Bill Slaymaker (Ann).
A celebration of life was held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Forest Park.
