Whorton); his stepchildren, Cheri Hale and Michael McCulloch; his stepgrandchildren, David, Becky Hale, Rodney, Nevelle McCulloch, LaJoy, Todd Amthor and Jaime Hale; his nieces and nephews, Janet Black, Joy, Bart Bevoni, John, Lisa Black, Michael, Melanie Whorton, David and Claudia Whorton; and his close friend Norma Denison. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
