He is survived by: his significant other Rosa Hoffman; his children, Shelly Eslick (Wayne) and Scott Perkins; his stepchildren, Cathy Maldonado, Kevin Eoff, Angie Cox (Roy), Randy Calhoon, Sid and Rosa; and his grandchildren, Brandon, Misty, Amanda, Cherie, Jamie, Kimberly, Jason, Jessica, Landon and Mauri. He is also survived by 28 great grandchildren, numerous extended family members and friends.
