He is survived by: his wife Glenna Andersen; his sister Louise Dain; his stepdaughter Julie (Todd Sample); his grandchildren, Emma, Ashleigh Sample, Courtnie, Kayla Kubelka, Crystal McDaniel and Anthony Goodrich; his great grandchildren, Canaan, Ezra, Emmett McDaniel and Sawyer Kubelka; his nephew John; his niece Laurie Lee; his great-niece Janette (Joe Maglott); Vivian and Maci.
