It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Aline Ella Scasta of Bryan, Texas, born in Kurten, Texas, who passed away on August 22, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Emil "Paul" Scasta; her parents, Heady Jeske Manthei and Henry Manthei; her great grandchildren, Whitney and Megan Scasta; her brothers, Ludwig (Gladys), Alfred (Essie) and Edward Manthei (Vernice); Pat Ponzio and Jim Nichols.
She is survived by: her son David; her daughter-in-law Sharon Scasta; her grandchildren, Steve, Brandi Scasta and Diane Scasta; her great grandchildren, Addisen and Charlotte Scasta; and her sister-in-law Velma Manthei. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
