He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Zemanek; his children, Sharon (Kelly Burt), Susan (Keith Toomer) and Alvin Jr.; his daughter-in-law Misty Zemanek; his grandchildren, Brian, Jessica Burt, Lindsay (Burt), Joe Bob Ratliff, Tyler Toomer, Dillon Toomer, McKenzie (Zemanek), Matthew Fikes, Bentley Zemanek and Tinsley Zemanek; his great grandchildren, Blakely Burt, Cannon Burt, Kroy Ratliff, Quinn Ratliff, Maxx Toomer, Lona Toomer, Matt Fikes Jr. and Landry Fikes; his brother Buddy; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Frances Zemanek, Georgia Simecek, Evelyn, John Hirt, Helen, Paul Ihrke, Cheryl Weichert, Roger Weichert, Gary and Sharon Weichert. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
