We are sad to announce that, on September 4, 2025, at the age of 94, Alvin Wayland Jones in Bryan, Texas, born in Harlingen, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Larue Jones and Clara Jones (Savage); his siblings, Larue (Sonny), Sara (Minee), Shirley (Chick) and Dorothy (Dot); and his son Terry Jones.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Jones; his son Tim (Marion Jones); his daughter-in-law Billie Jean Jones; his brother-in-law Robert Holloway (Karen); and his grandchildren, Virginia Babcock (Michael), Courtney Le (Long), Nichole Reilly (Kyle), Christina Loeffler (Colin), Elizabeth Terrell (Jason) and Jordan Jones (Louisa). He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren, nephew, nieces.
