Lockhart, Jr. of Bryan and Jacqueline Powdrell of Las Vegas, Nevada.; his siblings, Merron, Jr. of Washington, Henry, Linda of Washington, Betty Sheppard, Bertha, Manuel Taplin and Ruth Grove of Washington; his sons-in-law, Carl Hayes and Isaac Powdrell; and his grandchildren, Sydne Hayes, Seth Hayes and Korbyn Powdrell. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
