He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Moreno Sr. and Facunda Moreno (Casares); his sons, Frank Moreno and Steve Moreno; his siblings, Antonio Moreno, Tommy Moreno Jr., Pete Moreno, Trinidad Sauceda (Moreno), Mary Baldobino (Moreno), Victoria Cruz (Moreno) and Rose Bernal (Moreno); and his grandson Francisco Moreno.
He is survived by: his daughters, Yolanda Ramirez (Louis Jara), Diane Asher (Michael "Coach" Smallwood) and Anna Marie Sauceda; his granddaughters, Brianna Lee (Ronald Franco) and Jordan Ramirez Razo (Ismael Razo); and his great grandchild Sebastian Luis Razo. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends.
